Stupid Shoes

An investigative documentary about the silent health crisis hiding in our shoes. Dee Lee had bunion surgery at 40. Ten years later, she realised her "healthy" sneakers had the same shape as the shoes that caused the bunion. She started asking why — and found 245 years of science, a dysfunctional industry, and a healthcare system that has completely missed this.

The film is her investigation.
